Meditation Minutes

the Goal:

To experience less stress and have better focus to stay on track.

 

the Method:

Spend a few minutes sitting quietly, letting go of everything around you, focusing on your breath - on that one simple thing that grounds you in life.

 

the Challenge:

Sit for 6 meditation minutes the first week (number of days is your choice), add 1 minute each week, continue for a total of 10 weeks, ending with 15 minutes.
